What this covers
This describes a practice whose website takes enquiries and nothing else. If you use online booking, a client app, or a prescription service, this page has to cover those too.
The enquiry form
A name, an animal, an email address, and a message. It arrives at reception and is read during opening hours.
Clinical records
Once an animal is registered we keep a clinical record. Those records are kept for the period our professional obligations require, which is longer than most people expect. State the period here.
Sharing
We share records with a referral practice or an out-of-hours service when your animal is being seen by them, and with an insurer when you ask us to make a claim. Otherwise nobody outside the practice sees them.
Cookies and measurement
No cookies are set by this site. Online booking or a client app would change that, and this section would need rewriting.
Access to records
Write to reception. You are entitled to see what is held, to have a copy, and to have mistakes corrected.
